I’m Mani Alavi, a registered pharmacist in Ontario with a decade of independent pharmacy ownership experience. I cofounded two community pharmacies as greenfield businesses, building both from the ground up.
I grew these businesses by building a loyal patient base, expanding clinical services as Ontario’s scope of pharmacy practice evolved, and developing teams with strong staff retention.
That experience gives me a practical understanding of what it takes to launch a pharmacy, build an effective team and turn new service opportunities into everyday practice. I now bring that perspective to consulting for independent pharmacy owners and entrepreneurs across Ontario.
